Everyone who comments "if he was on house arrest what was he doing out of the house", has no clue how it works. My brother had an ankle monitor years ago. You are allowed to go out into the world and work. Which is what he did. You just can't go past a certain distance and you have to be back home at a certain time. House arrest doesn't mean you can't leave at all. The guy was white so he was probably out working to support his family and pay his debt to society. We all fuck up.
