The Saudi-led coalition in Yemen received alot of international flak over this one when one of the coalition jets dropped a few bombs onto a large hall where a many had gathered for a funeral ceremony.

The brass admitted that the airstrike was based on erroneous information that reported the hall as being occupied by a gathering of Houthi rebels and leaders. Coalition Command stated that they had not been notified that fighter jets had been sent to bomb this target.

About 150 dead with about 600 injured.
