Good job. It is still almost impossible to say whether it was a shoot out, suicide, or accident. Or even murder by the driver of the car.
A civilian militia group was staging armed stop-and-searches on one of the main roadways into town. Allegedly, when they stopped this little red car, all of its occupants opened fire on them with rifles and handguns.
They took cover beside the road and returned fire. After firing a fusillade at the vehicle, several young men got out with guns and ran down the road. This 28 year old woman was the only remaining passenger and she was dead by gunshot.

which is a SBR

It's an SBR (per the BATFE) if the barrel length is less than 16 inches long or less than 26 inches in overall length so based on what I can see in the photo that is quite possible. I'm used to seeing the AR pistol version with either the SiG handbrace or just the buffer tube showing.
