Your final mistake was....coming onto Goregrish to find a solution rather than an actual IT website that may have the information needed to recover your missing data.
Could have been worse, at least it wasn't 4chan.

Ah yes. The perfect browser clearing solution. Right up there with downloading more RAM.
The only thing I've ever run into are the annoying fake Microsoft warnings that disable your mouse and I have to do the Ctrl-Alt-Del and kill Chrome from Task Manager. I guess my popup blocker doesn't block them. The first time I went into a panic, when my mouse didn't respond I ran over and jerked the plug out of the wall. Then when I turned my comp back on and went to Chrome it was still there. Once you delete your data it goes away. Was at TheYnc. Do they know it's from their site or are the being hijacked too?
I don't even bother with the YNC. That shit is filled with more porn ads than Best Gore was. Even Kaotic is tamed compared to the ads on YNC.

Which means 3 TB of data is lost now.
WTF were you storing?

I have about 100GB kept on my google drive which is what I really care about (which is why I don't store it locally), about 3TB on OneDrive which is mostly motorbike & ski videos and the only data stored locally is about 6TB of content on a media NAS. Would suck to lose the movies and tv shows on the NAS since some would be difficult to download again but not about to pay to store that online.
