I'll put in my two cents here. I am past my thirties but in my thirties I felt the same.

I would never, ever, ever date a younger guy. I'd date a guy my same age in certain circumstances, but really always preferred them at least 10 years older. In my forties that preferred gap has narrowed, but in my 20s/30s I chose men in their 40s.

I think that's dictated by what I am into. I couldn't be submissive to a man with less life experience than me; it just wouldn't work for me. And younger guys are mostly just concerned with getting their dick wet, and there is so much more to great sex than that. I don't have the patience to open someone's eyes to that.
