I personally say end the bastards. Torturing them would be a great option, but in the long term, it wastes resources and won't give the person back what the creepers stole. Killing not only ensures you can't do it to anyone again, it also eliminates worthless scum. Most rapists are just bastards that provide nothing and or are liches draining the rest of us. The sooner we burn it off, the better for the rest of us.
