I think the wind pushed that poorly anchored shelter over.
No you can see it gets knocked over by whatever that blue thing was coming in the screen. Because the shelter did a twice buckle which is because whatever hit it impacted it twice.
Blow up castle filled with kids.
Could be that.I think they are called jump houses. But not sure. Maybe a bounce house.
Maybe that is another temporary shelter that had a blue tarp material placed on it as a wall covering.
