It's like an ACTUAL version of when my sister and I would play Lego and my Lego men had right of way through all her shit that she built and I felt justified to wreck it all by driving my Lego men in their MEGA Lego tanks through all her crap - then we'd fight and shout ... Mum would come in and yell like a bitch at us ... I'd wreck more of her shit as soon as the door closed and my sister would run away and not talk to me for three weeks .... this whole thing makes perfect sense !

The guy w the axe was the regional Mafia boss....he was pissed because his underlings have not met their quota. Why half the guys are on horses is anybody's guess ...but in Russia it's easier to own a horse than a car. They are more reliable and don't mind bad roads. I think they are providing security.
