I belive hes trying to correct all 3 of those. Just imagine if everyone was paid well and worked. Items were affordable, and people got along. With the “illegals” all gone and deported. Just imagine all that funding freed up to pump into infrastructure instead of hobos and illegals on welfare, consuming 911 calls, court systems, and correctional facilities.
