Probably not Mexico. Liderman Security operates in Peru, Ecuador, and Chile. I would guess this is Peru.

Exactly. No regulation, or uniformity when making the material, or erecting the buildings. Results in subpar, and unsafe end products. Another reason America is one of the greatest countries on earth.
