No ... I think they were just too stupid . Most of their abductions took place during the day and out in the open . No real planning at all . Eventually someone would see them or the girls getting into their van . I was just surprised how stupid or easy the girls jumped into the van . Didn't their parents ever tell them about this . Even the police visit schools to say never to do it .

We were all that way , I was hitchhiking in Florida and this dude picks me up and he invited me back to his place for beer, being 19 I agreed but as soon as we were there I felt a weird tension and I said I was going outside for a smoke and I got the fuck outta there. I was shaking from the inside and I don't know what set me off but I knew something was wrong and it was fight or flight time, he was either gay and wanted sex or he was a psychopath and wanted something else far more sinister, either way I wasn't playing along. Last time I stick my thumb out for a ride too.
But yeh we are pretty dumb at that young an age, well I was anyways .

Interesting, you were listening to your gut and wasn't rationalizing it off. Good for you. Your comment made me think of the Dahmer's survivor.. he listened and it saved his life.

Yeh I read about that too and it reminded me of the same thing.
I'm extremely intuitive and it helped me survive a rough start in life , but I guess in my circumstances as a kid I developed good radar as a survival mechanism and it saved me from being molested or worse in that situation.
