This is the second serious incident involving Christmas decorations at Largo São Sebastião. In 2024, the Christmas tree, over 23 meters tall, caught fire; firefighters were called and managed to extinguish the flames, and no one was injured."My solidarity and prayers are with the families of the victims. Our commitment is to ensure safety, respect, and care for every worker and the population. We continue working so that, after this very difficult moment, the Largo may once again welcome the spirit of unity and hope of our Christmas," he wrote.
