This was something about the Donetsk People's Republic claiming the killed some Ukrainian high officer (not sure about the dude) but the intelligence says it was fake and they put a body from the morgue in the car because the skull was cut in during the autopsy.

I have never seen effects of ied explosion but I don't thing that top of skull chan be craked that clean. It's like saw cut. Another quwstion: why this skull looking that good. Fire goes up ane it's unusual to burn to carbon everythinkg in bottom and leave skull like this...
