In this accident, the victim's parents must bear the greatest responsibility. How did these two idiot parents think of letting a two year old child play on the side of the road?

If parents don't want to raise their own children, why don't they choose to send them to an orphanage?

Man I just watched it again. Usually do after I comment to see if I missed something. He would have survived if driver would have stopped quicker. Only got his ankles really. Probably small enough he could fit relatively safely right under the vehicle. But damn that back tire didn't miss any part of him RIP little man.
