beatings Dude beaten to death

Kepez, Antalya province, Turkey, a 31-year-old man, Kıvanç fatally beat up a 29-year-old florist, Eşref by punching him in the head before kicking his body on the ground.

Apparently, the social media page of the florists owned by Eşref and his family had posted a photo of a flower arrangement which had been created by Kıvanç's wife, also a florist. Kıvanç was furious when he found out, accusing Eşref of being a "thief of labour", even when Eşref's sister took the blame for posting the photo.

Eşref's uncle broke up the fight, but by then, Eşref was unconscious and suffering from a brain haemorrhage. He was taken to hospital, but after seven days, he was declared brain dead. His family requested that his organs be donated - a request that was rebuffed, as an autopsy had to be performed.

Kıvanç, who reportedly worked as a sports instructor and bodyguard (although he denied being the latter), was arrested. In a statement, he said he regretted punching Eşref.
