WHO on earth made this law that they can't be stopped and WHEN did this law come out? That's fecking ridiculous.... Wtf!? If u get seen and then caught in my country you're handed over to police after being pulled into a side room. Why do they BOTHER to have sercurity then. I know shops are insured, but doesn't their insurance go up every time they claim. This is outrageous having that law.

I'm not sure who made the law but I believe it started in California, since shoplifting is a low level crime and all of our jails and prisons are over capacity they pretty much let them get away with it. However basketball American's will storm a store with 10-20 nig nogs and take everything they can within minutes before the cops can get there 😡
If anyone knows more about this I would appreciate the info 😉👍
