The passenger whale should have kept her mouth shut…."dale pie"….meaning hit the gas and the driver gets shot.
She more than likely was the one who also told the driver to leave the original scene.

It’s her insurance and possibly her vehicle… as she mentions “Mi poliza”…after the driver is shot she screams to the insurance agent that they just got robbed!
