Most female officers should be accompanied by a competent, experienced male counterpart, or be limited to administrative duties. Remember the video where the female officer was asking the guy for papers before he reached for a gun and pointed at her? She started screaming bloody murder, and was fortunate enough to have her male partner arrive in time to put one in the suspect's dome? I remember it well.
