That video is from Turkey, most likely from the earthquake victims

Greece has a poor railway network for western europe. And the busses are horrible.

You SCAM this is not from the greek accident. This is from a turkish hospital probably after the earthquake. The blue chair at right has a sign "yasli engelliler" which in turkish mean elderly disabled people. The man walking around doesn't speak greek.
