Have you ever been, seen, experienced, or done any sort of goreish shit I would love to hear about the stories?

I’d have to say recently as I was driving around I took a wrong turn which lead me to the fields of cotton as I kept driving I saw what looked like a car seat and a baby … I had wished it was but it wasn’t I reversed outta curiosity and I saw the insides of a humans body at first I looked around the area and I thought nothing of it until I saw deer legs so I thought maybe it was a dead deer but they were very much dried up and the organs seemed very fresh so I went home like nothing in disgust…
only to hear about it later through some friends that someone had found a dead body and it was missing it’s organs I went back to the location and it wasn’t there anymore later on other people reported the missing body parts thinking back I probably should have taken a picture.

I’ve been present to watch at least 200 people take their last breath, and held many of their hands to give them a comforting send off.

I’ve seen some amazing gore due to major trauma during my A&E (ER or ED) jobs. Some upsetting and some funny as fuck (like an alcoholic naked on all 4’s vomiting and shitting fresh blood at the same time due to ruptured oesophageal varices, hurling humorous verbal abuse at me while I kept him alive by squeezing bags of blood into him one after the other).

One case I’ll never forget was a young man that had fallen down the stairs at home with his girlfriend and 6 month old baby present. He was in cardiac arrest on arrival and I was given the job of managing his airway so was at his head. His face was concave due to hitting the edge of a step, so his nose was flat and pushed in to his skull. Vomit was coming out of his mouth every time he was given a chest compression which made it hard to keep the bag and mask on him properly. I had to ‘call time’ as I could feel his neck was broken as his head was moving all over the place and there was no chance of saving him. Watching his girlfriend break down was much harder to deal with as she was holding their baby and it ‘humanised’ the situation.

Another memorable case was a patient with advanced lung cancer. They had an 8cm tumour in their lung which was close to the main blood vessels. The tumour decided to invade the pulmonary artery during dinner time at the hospice and they bled to death within a minute with a fountain of blood spraying out of their nose and mouth in a spectacular fashion, sadly in front of all of the other palliative care patients eating their food.

The list goes on. Oh yeah, and my right index finger has been inside more anuses than I’d care to remember. Every time a famous person gets prostate cancer large numbers of men turn up worried about their own prostate, and I sigh and get gloved up 😂 I’d take the hard core gore any day!!!

I went into the ladies bathroom in front of the Beverley Hills sign in LA.

I’ve never seen so much shit and blood in a toilet. It was overflowing.

Ladies were just going in and pissing or pooping on top of it. Period pads, tampons everywhere.

There was no toilet roll in sight.

I didn’t add to the pile.
People “assume” woman’s bathrooms are cleaner but Ive seen some nasty bathrooms as I worked in restaurants. I felt shame for them cuz they felt none for themselves! Just nasty 🤮

My dad died of this. I hope this wasnt him 🙈

Ruptured oesophageal varices
He passed away in the hospital but his flat was a very bloody mess 😔

Sorry to hear that. Oesophageal varices are nasty and bleed big time.

We managed to keep my patient alive but that’s mostly because he was found quickly. He would get discharged, go to the local shop and buy cider, down it back in the hospital grounds and get found by passers by. He was such a physical mess he had a Do Not Resuscitate order at the age of 36! He died two months later after downing a litre of vodka rather than cider at his own home, so wasn’t found in time.

Not really you didn't kill a drifter, or not really you didn't get an erection from it? I'm not here to judge, just trying to understand.
I cannot comment on this inquiry for the purpose of not Incriminating Myself! But I did Punch a Sphincter once!

I used to be a security officer and had to perform building checks. You are right, women's bathrooms are not always cleaner and the smell of those damn bloody tampons in the trash...good God.

I am a former Falklands War combatant.
There were two of us and we advanced through enemy territory to enter a house in search of food.
There were supposed to be no enemies in that place until I could see that three Englishmen were approaching to do reconnaissance, I pointed to the one on the left and my friend to the one on the right, we shot and they never knew what happened and one was left in standing for a few seconds who knew from his face what was going to happen to him, to which we both shot him at the same time and it was a happy ending.

It bkilled a drifter to get a erection. Just kidding no not really.
