After done with my lunch I went outside to a basketball court. Being there I started feelin strange pain in my stomach. Couldn't hold it and went back home. I managed to open the toilet door, but I missed half a second to lift the toilet lid. Vomit covered the entire toilet floor. Maybe about 5 cm thick. It took me a good hour to clean everything. Still, the smell lingered for more than two weeks. I don't wish anyone to experience such cruelty.

Saw pedestrians get hit and killed by cars on 2 separate occasions in Florida. Both times i saw the bodies in the street after the fact, missed the actual collision. The first time i came out of Publix and a young woman had just been hit cops werent even there yet (her brains and intestines were hanging out). Second time cops were there and there was a body beneath a tarp against the curb with blood pooling along the curb.

Nah, but for real, since everybody else is sharin', didn't need to watch gore vids to learn that necks definitely stretch when people hang 'cause I've seen it in RL. Long necked blue people just don't look right.
I guess people suck at drivin' near where I live 'cause I've seen a few traffic accidents take place but wasn't into gore back then so didn't really want to know how bad the carnage was in those instances, although I do remember the worst of 'em bein' pretty bloody, just can't remember actually seein' the bodies and all the details thanks to the deceased still bein' in the crashed vehicles.
And still the deaths and distress of animals that I've had to witness and endure are the only ones that really haunt me.
Never seen anything bad happen to a kid in person besides a friend breakin' his leg back when we were younger, and he recovered and was a champ about the whole ordeal, so though it stands out as a memory I guess that one just never stuck w/ me as overly traumatic or anything like that.

Had a similar thing happen only it was a funny experience. Ate some bad hamburgers and felt like I had to puke, but I didn't want to puke right then and there. So 4 hours later I finally get to a bathroom and just puke on command as if it was as easy as taking a piss.

I took a kids finger in highschool who stole from me and my friend. Put it in the freezer until he came back with all our stuff. Hospital got it back on but he didnt play football ever again. 🤣
I've seen tons of super violent fights where people lost small body parts or broke lots of bone and seen 2 pretty bloody knife fights, but nothing that hasnt been seen here im sure.

I watched a guy get totally obliterated on a motorcycle crossing traffic because he decideed to trust another person that waived him through. BAD idea...

And I saw some other interesting things when I was a volunteer Firefighter for about 5 years.

As far as my own self is concerned, a decade ago I dropped a 36 kg (80 lbs) tire from approximately 2 meters (6.5 feet) onto my toes of my left foot which turned the big toe and second toe nails black from the blood that had collected underneath them and 4 days later the nails started to die.

I stuck my foot in a bucket of ice water to numb the toes and ripped the nails off to get the inevitable over with and it was kind of gnarly looking.

The nails eventually grew back and ended up doing the same exact thing 6 months later to the toes on my right foot. LOL

I went through a stage applying for the most random jobs I could find and worked as a Transfer Technician loading up corpses and transferring them from the Coroners at major hospitals to the funeral homes. Saw murder victims, suicides, car crash and accident victims etc. Saw some very strange stuff including a shark attack that tore the guys head, shoulder and arm off, soldiers repatriated from oversea's - the 3rd world embalming makes them look like wax figures, a guy who gouged his eyes out and killed himself. I got stuck in an elevator with a corpse on an upright trolley Hannibal Lecter styles once which was memorable. Was all done at night, the visuals didn't bother me but the stench of the Coroners coolers made me want to hurl so I only worked there a couple of months.

Another time I killed 36 coeds and scattered their remains over Taylor Mountain in Seattle.

I am a former Falklands War combatant.
There were two of us and we advanced through enemy territory to enter a house in search of food.
There were supposed to be no enemies in that place until I could see that three Englishmen were approaching to do reconnaissance, I pointed to the one on the left and my friend to the one on the right, we shot and they never knew what happened and one was left in standing for a few seconds who knew from his face what was going to happen to him, to which we both shot him at the same time and it was a happy ending.

Sorry to hear that. Oesophageal varices are nasty and bleed big time.

We managed to keep my patient alive but that’s mostly because he was found quickly. He would get discharged, go to the local shop and buy cider, down it back in the hospital grounds and get found by passers by. He was such a physical mess he had a Do Not Resuscitate order at the age of 36! He died two months later after downing a litre of vodka rather than cider at his own home, so wasn’t found in time.

I also had a mate in whom died of this recently. In the last year. He literally drank his liver to death and apparently it was alot of blood. Last I heard he went into hozzy, came out and started to drink again and went bavk in hozzy, drank there I think he got released again and then only last week I heard he has passed away. I have moved away from the area and he was not using fb anymore. Well thats why I guess. He has passed away. Some people just don't understand that they WILL DIE if they carry on drinking.
