These scenes were from an ISIS attack on an Iraqi army base in Sharqat, during Nov. 2016. In this case, ISIS were able to surprise the Iraqis who stood no chance against a ring of machine gun fire and RPG rounds. Those who weren't killed outright had sought shelter in a small square alcove where the ISIS militants found them and shot them all to death.

As usual, the attackers walked off with much needed booty and too boot, they didn't lose a single man in the attack.

5. As with most of ISIS's attacks on bases like this (Syrian too) it always seemed that as soon as the Humvee/s went up in smoke that the soldiers in the base were done for: losing armoured protection and it's machine gun.

Withdrawals from war images yet?

As I've mentioned before, ISIS had many successes against the often ill prepared Iraqi and Syrian soldiers stationed in remote desert outposts. Sometimes an ISIS attack was proceeded by a suicide bomber driving an armor reinforced truck or by dropping a large-sized bomb from a drone, which they used often, before their machine gun mounted trucks, RPG teams, snipers and fighters with AK's quickly advanced on the bewildered soldiers. Many would try to run from the base, but where do you run to in the desert?

These images are a mix of attacks on military bases in Iraq and in Syria, the soldiers they killed and the subsequent booty that ISIS fighters managed to get, including tanks, during late 2016.

In 2014, Kurdish fighters in Syria attempted to take the ISIS controlled town of Ras al Sin, but they failed miserably. These pics are their bodies heaped up into the back of pickup trucks.

I've seen red-haired Turks too, even pale and with freckles. Other Turks told me that's not very rare in their country.

In parts of Pakistan, in the mountain regions mostly, there are villages where many people have blonde hair and blue or green eyes. They are descended from the soldiers of Alexander the Great, who basically fucked everything that moved, on their way across the Eurasian continent.
