A man, apparently with mental problems, fell into the void when he jumped from the bridge on Calle 30 and Circunvalar, in the south of Barranquilla.

The man, badly injured, was helped by paramedics from an ambulance and transferred to a care center.

Witnesses indicate that the man was naked and before going over the railings of the bridge he was hitting the motorcycles that were passing by.

So far authorities have not released the identity of the injured man.
