Given the re-use of pics from many of the war zones across the region by Palestinian activists as 'proof' of Israeli horribleness, I suspect that the pic is more likely of a Libyan, Syrian or Iraqi child than a palestinian one.

I agree CC, BUT, that being said, Israel is a large country. The only place they're bombing is the 'Strip'. If I thought there was ANY chance of my child ending up like this poor babe did, I'd live in the gutter with her. This is when 'it's my turf!' becomes even MORE ridiculous.
