Lol. He won the election for mayor a couple years ago, and he resigned already! He’s being investigated for abusing the Covid government checks (he was getting governmental assistance while on mayor council)! A month or two ago he listed his house for sale, and moved out… and it got broken into and robbed
i remember reading that in the local news and found it pretty funny. The thing he did that got him the most backlash, while a mayor, was him posting a video of himself getting refused service at a restaurant because he wasn’t wearing a mask (in the height of covid restrictions). He got denied service at a real popular HB restaurant, and after he posted the video of himself telling everyone to not eat at this place… the restaurant (that is extremely popular) got overwhelming support online, and Tito got a ton of shit for it. That restaurant criticism was how he lost most of his support from locals.
Those of us in the rest of Orange County find HB to be fascinating.
