On the Zhongxiao Bridge in New Taipei City heading towards Taipei, at 6:49 a.m. on the 3rd, a small truck collided with a heavy machine. The heavy machine rider slowed down because it was stuck in front, but the small truck behind it did not seem to notice that it stopped in front, and hit the heavy machine rider, causing the knight and the heavy machine to fall to the ground.

I hate how they all stand around gawping doing nothing. There is a law that if you knock someone down you will be the one to pay hospital bills and look after them for life also if. Big vehicle hits a smaller one the bigger vehicle is in the wrong even if the the smaller vehicle is at fault. Only in China.

In some European countries the driver of a car carries the burden of blame at a collision with a cyclist for 50 % by default, even if the cyclist was entirely at fault. In the Netherlands for instance.
