According to the police report , at 5:55 pm, the deceased and his partner were traveling on a motorcycle with license plate DCZ-18D and intimidated a citizen with a firearm to steal his belongings.
Instead, the man, who was loading several purchases into the trunk of his truck, noticed the men's presence and noticed that they were acting suspiciously.
At that moment, the passenger got off the motorcycle, approached the man, and then walked back to his companion without taking his eyes off the man. This action further aroused his suspicions, so the citizen walked to the side of his car and sought cover.
