For me its never been about forcing people to get their vaccine, I agree its your body you decide what to do with it.
However, there are rules & laws that protect the health of the greater good be it speed limits, food handling, building codes, etc. and if you violate those there are consequences be it fines or limits on activity. The covid-19 vaccine is no different. Don't get your shot, fine but then you can't go to a restaurant, concert or worksite. And the unvax'd argument of "you're violating our freedom by not letting me go to the bar" is simply flawed. We don't have absolute freedoms, we never have.
I don't want to get into a pissing match with the anti'vaxxers on GG. I like some of you, I really do but I've also had enough of the bullshit you post. It can't even be called pseudo science, its just utter nonsense. Its the same level of crap that comes out of the 9/11 truthers or the flat earth wingnuts. If you want to believe it thats cool, just know you're wrong.
I do think governments and health insurance providers (be it public or private) need to change their tactics and start passing on the cost of medical care to the unvax'd the same way they do when calculating the premiums for other high risk individuals like smokers. The unvaccinated are at a greater risk to be hospitalized and if they are to have a significantly longer stay, let them pay for it. In the absence of that start denying them in -patient care. Let hospitals go back to treating everyone else for the normal illnesses that can strike at any age.
The Alberta provincial government's response to covid-19 has been a complete cluster fuck right from the beginning, its embarrassing that we have numbers worse than Florida.....it makes us look like backwards inbred rubes. One of the biggest pushbacks has been their reluctance to introduce passports but once they did announce them (well kind of, they're calling it the "restrictions exemption program"...fuck me, in following George Carlin's theory of governments fucking things up by a bogus increase in complexity they've gone from two syllables to eight) vaccination rates tripled over night!

this vaccine mandate is bullshit. i don't care what your stance is on vaccines but people should have the right to choose. the world has totally gone mad.
edit: also nobody on the fucking media is talking about natural immunity. apparently if you had covid without vaccine, you're pretty much 26 more immune than the vaccine. there's info coming outta israel [80% of their population got vaxed yet 60% of them are in hospital ICU's] right now that's proving how ineffective the vaccine is without booster shots, they're already trying to get a 3rd jab mandated. but zip, zilch, nada about herd immunity or natural immunity. i guess it must be a miracle that i'm still breathing and i never had a flu shot let alone this covid vax poison. also, i want to make it perfectly clear, if you willingly took the jab, good on ya but don't force me to take it. i'm now on the fence of leaving my job because i chose personal freedom and health choices over mandate bullshit like this. i know NWO will want to push their agenda for years to come with this but the shit won't fly.
another thing to note, the current CEO of pfizer Gottlieb served as the 23rd Commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) from 2017 to 2019. this is all about profits for big pharma, they don't give a fuck about you. all they want is for you to keep taking those anual / semi anual booster shots so profit margins get better as time goes on.
one last point, if you're vaxxed, WTF are you so worried about the unvaxxed? you're protected aren't ya? guess you don't have much faith in that vaxx afterall if you still wear that muzzle like fraudci tells ya.

The construction union that supported the new law just got a response from its members, about an hour ago, about getting vaccinated or losing your job. They destroyed the place. Cops shot them with rubber bullets instead. Negotiations were short.

Sure. I'll do u one better. It has happened that a vaccinated person got ill with the virus, spread it and then died. But it's a very low percentage. The vaccine is highly protective against illness, spreading COVID, hospitalization and death. An unvaxed person is 5 times more likely to get ill, 10 times more likely to require hospitalization and 11 times more likely to die than a vaccinated person.
If u know medical history it's no surprise that a vaccine was made this quickly. Coronaviruses have been around since the late 60's(SARS, MERS) they've been analyzed and studied. We actually had a head start on developing the vaccine.
The flu virus is a lazy sloppy virus. When it replicates it let's it's DNA rearrange in whatever order it falls into. Coronavirus is much more sophisticated. It's methodical in the way it repairs it's errors. But to a vaccine maker that's a weakness he can exploit. Coronavirus is basically a slow moving target. Easy to make a vaccine for.
