accident ~*Warning* Cop Runs Over Child, Looks At Him & Leaves~

Must have had a bad union rep. I didn't leave the scene of an accident. I ran over the kid on purpose to teach him a lesson.
Jaywalking is a crime.

A similar thing happened to a little girl in China, only the drivers stopped for a second then moved on, and pedestrians didn't bother touching the girl.

1. The driver should have stuck around and get him medical help instead of just driving off.
2. Parents shouldn't have been letting the kid roam the streets to begin with.

As I see it, two parties are at fault for this, and this poor kid has to suffer for it. If he had stuck around, it would have only been one party at fault. But he's the dumb ass who was more concerned about the snow on his car's hood than his pretend freedom.
Yes I remember the China girl. They just let their children roam

 Russia ~

"In the Novosibirsk region, a deputy ran over a child, in his car, shrugged his shoulders, and left.

Behind the wheel was a member of the council of deputies of the Tatar region S.M..

The child survived and is now in intensive care with a traumatic brain injury and a broken hip.

Residents of the region are now massively sending videos to the traffic police reception, fearing that the culprit of the accident may avoid liability."

"In the Magistrate's Court of the Tatarsky District, he received 11 days of arrest under the administrative article 12.27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (leaving the scene of an accident by the driver).

There is also a criminal investigation under the article of the Criminal Code "Leaving in danger""

Kid seems fine. Even rolled over himself with his broken hips

Oh well. Things that are in the road get run over from time to time. Shit happens. Staying out of the road will reduce your chances of getting run over. Fact. Walk in the road and your chances of being run over increase. 🤯
That's what you teach kids, unfortunately they don't know that from the get go.
But I get it. Tough guy like you would run a kid over and not even stop...why bother? They were in the road.

That's what the kid gets for trying to get all the good candy by trick-or-treating earlier than everyone else. Trick, betch.

I can say this with assurity I was in prison with around 11 Russian guys and in every stack of photos of there children there is always one picture just like the one with the little boy wearing a hat like this and saluting the cameraman
