I don't believe there's many if any instances on this platform of me doing that. If you mean in my head, I say many things via my subconscious voice but, not to myself exactly, usually cuss words or things that are not appropriate to say aloud to another is all but, mostly prayers to God or the other one. It's only freaky when they're answered in what I witness happen. Otherwise, there's no subconscious voice answering back.

Meh, lots of people mutter to themselves and even say sarcastic replies, especially the older they get I notice. I say things under my breath sometimes & just say I'm just talking to myself rather then tell the person who asked, I just called them a freaking idiot. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don't think that's an abnormal type of talking to oneself though exactly, the muttering to oneself, exclamations.
