Cuba is the last piece of the puzzle. Just ask Cuban Marco Rubio. It was a classic Panama operation only this time the fleeing dictator didn't have time to seek shelter in a foreign embassy. My theory is, someone close to Maduro, likely a bodyguard or member of his inner circle, a cabinet official perhapse, contacted the US State Department and gave them Maduro in exchange for that multi-million dollar reward they had out for him. US special ops, or whoever got him, had to have had detailed on the ground intellegence in real time to mount an extraction of not only Maduro but his wife so quickly. The bombing was likely targeted at his defense forces and communications. But this was not a war, it was an extraction. It was like they did in 1990 with Noriega only this time it just worked lightning fast due to more advanced technology.
