I personally think that's how the US government will play out if a revolt ever happen. It's the psychology of things. To most a behavioral mechanism that has been installed in our society. But to really undergo the crimson pill one has to see this behavioral mechanism as only a social construct. Nature is real, morals are human created.
Unconventional behavior or responses not followed by human created construct is the result of the actions displayed with in the video.
The female officer follows the rules of the construct where she holds authority. The mans reactions are on the response of nature's unpredictable reality.
The reality is the female officer is animal in a suit that holds no authority over another. When one who has been train to support such an anti natural order of human construct one does not understand how to react to the real.
This may be the reason she stood there and got her face blown off by her own weapon.
