David Kozak opened fire on the 4th floor of the Faculty of Philosophy building.

Dude, thats fucked up, I was working nearby the university when I heard the shooting that sounds like fireworks at the beginning then I realized that its more serious when the police and ambulance siren start to horn non stop. It was an absolute madness since Prague is one of the safest city in Europe but it is what it is since these kind of shootings are unpredictable and can happen anytime anywhere.

UPDATE: Some more info about it
He first shot dead his father at home near Kladno, then went to Prague.
He is suspect in yet unsolved murder of father and his 3 months old daughter in Klánovice forest.
He commited suicide.
