If we can solve the problem of Faster Than Light travel, how do we slow down, are our computers powerful enough AND light enough for space travel.
Weight is always a consideration in any form of flight whether it's in atmosphere or space as is the deflection of space debris, all this requires strength & power to be built into a spacecraft.
NASA is pondering these things.

Speed of light is a crock...in a vacuum, light may be instantaneous...and the speed of 186000 miles per second can not be measured by any known instruments and is just a theory. Light only slows down and it's speed measurable once it passes through a medium...Like gas(atmosphere) or water...If this is true(and it most likely is), Theory of relativity and a lot of other excepted physics and theories on space falls flat on it's face...

Another thing...light only becomes apparent in space when there is a physical object(like earth) to catch the light And bounce it back to your eyes and therefore be illuminated...That is why space is dark...as in a vacuum, there is nothing to reflect light...So how the fuck can you have a light year?

People assume that humans know all the shit, but once you start researching stuff you realise that most things that are taught as fact are theories based on theories that have come from theories.
