A 17 year old teen was detained after his family found CP material and a video of him burning a homeless person and reported him to the autorities in Pechincha, Rio De Janeiro.

He allegedly was part of many neo nazi discord groupchats and was known under the username "eu odeio favela" or "I hate favelas". According to the authorities he was dared and given 2000R$ or around 350USD to do this vicious attack on a sleeping homeless man.

The attack was recorded on Discord where around 200 people were watching the attack unfold. the recording which has no volume apparently goes further than showed in the 30 second clip. before that clip we can alledgedly see the teens making the molotov cocktails before going to attack the homeless man.

The homeless man 46 years old Ludierley Satyro José was later taken to a hospital where he is being treated for 3rd degree burns but alive and is going to live.

The teen is getting charged for 3rd degree attempted homicide and posession of CP.

UPDATE:

The man who filmed the video still has not been identified by authorities.

Reporters went on scene and there can be seen ash and broken glass fragments from the attack.
