Wyatt Lamb initially pleaded not guilty to first degree murder and 10 counts of child abuse relating to the death of 2-year-old Athian Rivera. The boy’s mother reported him missing on February 19, 2021, and he was later found dead in a dumpster near the family’s apartment, as CrimeOnline previously reported.
An autopsy determined the boy died from a cerebral edema with herniation, caused by thermal injuries, suffocation, and blunt force trauma. A forensic pathologist said the child had blunt force injuries all over his body, contusions, abrasions, and burn marks on his genitals, legs, and groin that were likely caused by a handheld blowtorch found in the apartment.
The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reported that Lamb’s attorney, Public Defender Diane Lozano, and prosecutors jointly recommended 45 to 60 years in prison on the murder charge.
At the hearing on Wednesday, Lamb said he hadn’t meant to kill the toddler and that when Athian threw the honey bun he’d given him for a snack, he became overwhelmed with anger.
It was just a very surreal tunnel vision, and he was, unfortunately, the only thing in my view, and I grabbed him by his leg and I pulled him toward me, and then I put my right hand over his mouth.
“And when I try and think back to that event, to what I was doing, I was just trying to … I wanted him to feel the pain, the suffering that I was feeling on the inside,” Lamb continued. “I just wanted him to pass out and just feel that pain. I never intended to kill him.”
He said he panicked when he realized the boy was no longer breathing and tried unsuccessfully to revive him, then disposed of the body in a misguided attempt to keep his girlfriend from seeing her dead son.

I've spent a few years in British prisons, and I can attest to the fact even prison guards aren't immune fro hateful rage towards such animals as child abusers.
It's become something of a cliche, but I have on multiple occasions seen professional UK prisons guards "accidentally" leave a gate unlocked when a serious NONCE (Not Of Normal Criminal Enterprise-uk slang for chomo) is in the medical wing for treatment.
In certain places in the prison, normal mainline prisoners share the same waiting units as the nonces but in separate cells.
We have to be escorted to the toilet, and those are shared by both the nonces and the normal cons.
On about 6 different occasions over the years I've seen a screw (prison guard) open a nonce up for the toilet and lock them in, then remember a lad frok the normal cell wanted the toilet too, and unlocks him at the same rime.
Needless to say, the nonce gets his head smashed in and the screws just cover it up.
They don't do it regularly, but for cunts like this fella in the story, exceptions are verybodten made, and I'm going to bet our American brothers manage to get to this nonce and serve him up. Attacking child molestors is a piece of the definitive prison culture on both sides of the Atlantic.
Sex offenders and rapists are universally despised and all normal convicts are expected to attack any sex offender or child abuser ON SIGHT.
For the very worst cases of child abuse and sex offending, there is an extra effort made to get to these nonces, and most of the screws who work in prisons have kids. They're SUPPOSED to maintain high standards of professionalism, but they're still humans, probably fathers too, and sexual and sadistic predators are a threat TO ALL our kids.

Even more so considering you are emotionally fragile enough to beat a toddler to death over disrespecting a honey bun. After beating said toddler you decided that you were going to cremate the toddler with a blowtorch. You then proceded to start at his genitals, because thats the quickest way to dispose of his body. After all you didnt want to upset your girlfriend coming home and seeing her sons dead body...

Theres a way these places work. Theres a child warning to let you know that there is something containing child harm. Just like when animals get hurt. You came to a shock website and now have you panties all in a bunch because you saw something shocking. I suggest you take heed to the warnings people try to give you. It is rediculous to get upset at others because your curiosity led you astray. Read before opening PAY ATTENTION or deal with the consequences.
He never said he supported it. Did you read his comment or are you blinded by emotion? Much like the honey bun avenger that beat the above mentioned toddler to death.
