If lawmakers don't word their laws correctly around this subject, it COULD include stillborns that must be removed for health. While abortion as a technical term means ending a pregnancy that was viable, the word is also sometimes used when talking about the removal of already dead fetuses.

Ending Roe v Wade is really just an administrative decision to put decision-making back into the purview of the individual states as the writers of the Constitution intended. Since abortion is such an emotional issue and since ending Roe v Wade makes it look like conservatives are scoring a point, leftists are freaking out and doing what they do. In my opinion it is a proper correction to an administrative error.
Note that I am probably one of the biggest supporters of abortion in the US. I think that there should be more abortions, especially since so many young people are stupid, negligent, and without foresight these days. I would even be willing to pay higher taxes in my state to have abortion promoted and funded. More abortions would save tons of money, pain, and suffering.

I haven’t seen anyone bring up the safety issue yet but to address that. Before RvW was established, in 1933 there were 2,700 abortion (both legal and illegal) related deaths, by 1945 that figure dropped to about 888 deaths the dramatic drop is said to be because of the availability of antibiotics, the trend of abortion related deaths continue to shrink every year. Then in the year 1972 before the year RvW was established abortion related deaths dropped to 63, 38 of them being legal abortions. Okay so if its 100% her body, lets say hypothetically the women is pregnant with a boy, does that mean she has a penis? or does she have 20 fingers and 20 toes? If not who’s are they?

Since it has the tag [Serious] I'm going to give a serious answer, but yeah, Roe vs Wade allowed women to have abortions, and that doesn't always mean some gurl not wanting their baby after having unprotected sex. A lot of miscarriages or other birth defects that kill the baby before it comes to term keeps it in the womb, and without an abortion (the removal of a dead fetus, not the killing of a living one) it could kill the woman, who probably DID want the baby in the first place.

If abortions are made illegal, more women will simply go to more destructive ways to remove a dead fetus, and if they can't, a lot more will die without the proper medical procedures if they need an abortion to live. Some places would rather a woman give 'birth' to a dead fetus (which, again, could kill her in the process) than safely remove the dead fetus. That's why it's a problem.
