My reply is to your post in response to my last. I agree 100% that the u.s. was founded in very solid tenants and values. Unfortunately i believe the original founders would turn over in their graves had they access to the current state of affairs in the u.s. (and world as well). Seems the original ińtent Of the Constitution Of the states has been lost in a political haze over the years. Being left up to “interpretation” in a highly political atmosphere where both sides of the political spectrum jockey for position with placement of justices just asks for controversy and division. For example, your 2nd Amendment. Now as a foreign born person who’s first language isn’t American English, when I read what was written by the original founders, i see that they left provisions for not disarming citizens as they were needed as members of the state militia, as an actual standing united states army did not exist at the time. Very wise, as citizen soldiers were whom they counted on to form militias into a united army if needed. However, with the creation of the different branches of an actual standing Army, Navy and Marine fighting force, state militias and the need to have every free white man (term used in that period) armed was negated by the new fighting forces. And as stated before, I highly doubt the founders could have invisioned the evolution of weaponry. In their time, smooth bore muskets were the only long arm available, whether it be for war or for hunting game for the table. Personal opinion here, the advent of modern weaponry was developed parabellum and not based on putting food on the family table. The feeling that It’s the “Right” Of every American to own military grade weaponry minus the select fire lever is, in my opinion again, very misplaced. I have had several discussions with expat Americans about this. The fear of your fellow citizens is very odd for me to comprehend. Seems many believe their neighbor or some oppressive military takeover is your worst enemy. And if I’m nöt Wrong, aren’t members of your military made up of your brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, uncles, aunts, moms, dads etc? Why the fear that some rouge politician will turn your own family members into killing machines and you need to fight weaponry with weaponry in your own nation! And let’s be clear, if your military actually did become an arm of some crazed madman, citizen weaponry would be like using a BB gun against smart bombs. Nightly news is filled with daily mass shootings of your own people . I see peo0le here look at Brazil like some sort of lawless killing ground, yet see day after day the mass shootings of Americans by Americans. Self disclosure, I keep a H&K G-3 and my father’s old service P-38 (he hid it in my Oma’s cottage before being processed in 1945) in my closet. However I never have ever left my casa armed with either, nor do I plan to in the future as it is a bit illegal where I live. Take them out every 6 months or so to clean and oil and secure them once again. I take a Swiss view of weapons. A tool to be used in the worse case scenario, not a status symbol or projection of my manhood or “power”. I know this may seem a bit hypocritical after the above stated stance. The irony isn’t lost on me. However, where I live there hasn’t been a firearm realated death or injury for decades. Last firearm incident involved an expat (drunk at the time) arguing with his neighbor over something stupid. Guy got shot in the thigh and bled to death before help arrived. Of course, the perpetrator died in prison. Again, thank you for the civil discourse. The above is strictly an opinion and not a part of any jurisprudence. Prost.Who?
The main concern amongst the older white conservatives is being bred out of existence by “those people” or at least the loosing the claim of being the majority. Hence the fight to keep those good, pure Caucasian young women from terminating another future member of “us” (in their parlance) and you really have to feel sorry for these older white conservatives. Bad enough that educated successful White folks are choosing to have either 1 or no kids at all. This really scares these guys. A lot. Yet the care they have stops completely once that fetus is born. That newborn better pull up his bootstraps and not be a burden on the wealthy.
You retarded leftist fags don't even have any idea what the actual laws are. Abortion won't be made illegal by this law being revoked it puts it back on the states. Seen as you retards barely have clue that might require you put you thinking cap on, as to how your state will react. It means republicans have an unhealthy fascination with unborn babies, but hate all people once they're born. It's weird.
"My body my choice" is fine for right wing trash screaming about masks and vaccines, but a woman wanting her own bodily autonomy is too much for snowflake right wingers.
Yes. You are proof Americans are getting dumber and dumber. What are you! A PlayStation Fagot? Don’t bother answering, you are. Mommy must have pushed in your fontanel once too many times.......You retarded leftist fags don't even have any idea what the actual laws are. So actually if you look at the weaponary during that time period repeating weapons were something the founding fathers loved. The only problem was that they were so expensive, you can also consult one of the letters James Madison wrote to a Captain of a ship (tldr version the captain asked if they could arm their ship with cannons and and Madison responded with the 2nd Amendment). Also to the point you brought up about how our military is comprised of volunteers that are our families, personally from my experience as a Vet I think if I were to be ordered to do something unconstitutional I’d probably be sent to the brig and I know plenty of my own that would do the same as I. But a more realistic problem as far as ‘tyrannical’ government is concerned I’m more worried about the police, because they are incentivized to prioritize arrests then rights atleast thats how to seems to me. (also not saying all police are constitution violators I know police men that would also feel the same way as me). Also from my point of view it is lazy to assume my government is out for my best intrest and like how you stated before it boils down to family and friends. My only input about how effective the armed militia, is to look at the Ukrainians prior to the ridiculous amount of funding given to them, but also the idea that the US would use missiles/artillery on their own populous I think is absurd, if something did happen it would be done with small arms door to door. I don’t really understand the manhood part, I know people are like that but I find more often than not that they are the exception not the rule. There is also plenty of data to back that whether or not a country is armed with firearms the amount of violent crime is pretty much the same across the board, ie the english deal with mass stabbings and now consider serializing kitchen knives, the same could be said for China, Japan, and other countries with strict gun laws. If anything if you look at our states you would see that the states with the least amount of gun control actually have the least amount of crime, look to liberal sanctuaries like California or New York.My reply is to your post in response to my last. This has nothing to do with what you said but I love your tag of 1984+idiocracy=reality. The irony that the party that wants to convince me that men can give birth also wants to control misinformation is great two thumbs up.You might appear a hair less ignorant if you use paragraphs.
Well in that case shouldn’t your girl mind her own business when it comes to the baby inside of her? Unless you deny the babies humanity, we just fundamentally disagree. If abortions are outlawed only outlaws will have abortions. The government needs to fuck off and mind their own business in my opinion. If my lady gets an abortion that's none of their business, if I own guns and smoke weed that's none of their business. If I have multiple non running cars on my lawn thats none of their business. This is murica lindsay Graham and the rest of big government can eat my ass.
Up until a certain time it's just a clump of cells . If you ban abortion and say its murder would you call a miscarriage manslaughter? There should be a line I agree but let's not get rid of it entirely.Well in that case shouldn’t your girl mind her own business when it comes to the baby inside of her? Overruling RvW doesn’t out law abortion. I think anyone that would consider abortion murder would have the rational that a natural miscarriage is not murder. I 100% advocate in the very rare 1% of rapes and incest should be aborted, although I’ll feel sympathy for the baby since it’s not its fault that it is a product of rape or incest. But the big debate atleast in most of the right/conservative circles I have heard from, the debate is when does life begin? I am of the mindset that it begins at conception because when the egg and sperm come together it creates DNA unique to only that baby. Other than that a big one that alot of people subscribe to is a heart beat bill, which I also can entirely understand if this is your stance instead of conception. One of the biggest problems with RvW in the first place is that it was built on a lie for one, two it allows women to have abortions to up to 9 months and in certain states post birth abortions. well its been said already repeatedly. rape instances and birth defect reasons. No feel free the feel however you want recalibrate or not truly. I acknowledge that not everybody has the same morals and beliefs, all I’m saying is that I think that my point of view seems more logical to me, and that all I ask is that perhaps if you explain it to me that makes sense maybe you can change my mind.
If it felt like I was telling you that you need to recalibrate that wasn’t my intention. (but if you need to recalibrate so do I, we’re on a gore site lol)
All the other shit is true.Whats the matter little boy? Someone call out your Führer for being a moron? Everyone in the world except for the fully indoctrinated knows it. It’s no secret Auld son. I like how after I called your current President a doddering old fool and your Congress “full of morons”, the one thing you picked up on was I called your great white dope a retard. You’re in deep son. Too late to save you from yourself..........
Right, I couldn't see any reason a government would not want its citizens armed like that, "And let’s be clear, if your military actually did become an arm of some crazed madman, citizen weaponry would be like using a BB gun against smart bombs." yeah and Vietnam was a total wash right? Who knows the backyards better? The man living there or the force trying to occupy it. I can't put any stake in your values cause I dont know where you live, so your argument about non firearm related fatalities rings hollow and worthlessMy reply is to your post in response to my last. Is it rocket science not to be a sleezy whore who can’t obtain FREE birth control? Are women that fucking retarted that they don’t know what having sex does? If it was rape, why not take a plan b ? Why not go to the doctor immediately to prevent pregnancy. As a woman, I have to say All these excuses are bull shit. Have power over your own body BEFORE getting pregnant . It’s a very simple concept people still can’t manage to comprehend in 2022.basically,it tells women that they have no rights over their own bodies. and that men with power still own them.
Oh well. If you’re so big that you have to kill a baby then I Guess you can risk your life doing it.Since it has the tag [Serious] I'm going to give a serious answer, but yeah, Roe vs Wade allowed women to have abortions, and that doesn't always mean some gurl not wanting their baby after having unprotected sex. A lot of miscarriages or other birth defects that kill the baby before it comes to term keeps it in the womb, and without an abortion (the removal of a dead fetus, not the killing of a living one) it could kill the woman, who probably DID want the baby in the first place.
If abortions are made illegal, more women will simply go to more destructive ways to remove a dead fetus, and if they can't, a lot more will die without the proper medical procedures if they need an abortion to live. Some places would rather a woman give 'birth' to a dead fetus (which, again, could kill her in the process) than safely remove the dead fetus. That's why it's a problem.
Nope...abortion laws will be voted on by the STATES as is suppose to happen in our CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC....The right to choose will REMAIN...basically,it tells women that they have no rights over their own bodies. and that men with power still own them.
Even in states where they are gonna make it illegal there will be exceptions for that kind of thing. I'm so sick of people using the extreme examples as arguments for or against this ruling...Since it has the tag [Serious] I'm going to give a serious answer, but yeah, Roe vs Wade allowed women to have abortions, and that doesn't always mean some gurl not wanting their baby after having unprotected sex. Can't tell if this is bait or you are retarded.basically,it tells women that they have no rights over their own bodies. and that men with power still own them.
