I’ve done my research in it, “bud”. I’ve looked at it a million times. I’ve worked at arsenals before and talked to very intelligent workers from the ones I’ve been at. Think about it for a second... Russia has nuclear bombs... lots of them. They have nuclear launch facilities on there countries soil... many of them.. they have seisomographic technology to detect earthquakes and how strong they are (see if nukes went off on there soil)... they have temperature reading equipment... basic scientific technology to read if bombs are going off..... okay. They have underground bases, and backups. All it takes is the having the bombs, with coordinated objectives. (Easy) and a computer lanch system for the bombs (easy) and a computer that waits for a response if all algorithms are meant and automatically launches the bombs.... its not that hard to develop this system its basic technology the hardest part about it is obtaining the nukes. And they have thousands!!!

There was a system, might still be, called Perimeter. But it wasn't fully automated. It simply allowed for junior officers in the Soviet military to be able to authorize a nuclear strike if the system determines that the Soviet Union was attacked with nuclear weapons and the Soviet command structure was destroyed. A different method but the same idea that the US had by keeping nuclear armed B52s in the air at all times with Operation Chrome Dome.

You don’t think we are on top of the numbers? Whether or not who has more isn’t the discussion. But I think the US would get them sent out faster and more accurately. We have embassies everywhere that keep up with stuff. I don’t know of a Russian one anywhere I’ve ever been in the US.
