The 'non lazy' approach would be to browse the site (and others) for the subject matter and then make a decision on whether it's 4K enough for your liking - I probably shouldn't need to tell you that most of the 'unique' or absurd things captured on video are often 'in the moment' and shaky as fuck, caught on potatocams or old Nokias - that's just a fact of the gore world like it or not.
It will depend on your definition of "High quality" and if that refers to actual content / rarity as opposed to just anything that's been recorded on a 70mm five hundred thousand dollar IMAX camera! (let me know if you find anything and we can have a special Gore party viewing at the Las Vegas Sphere! )
