Highly doubtful. My dad and grandfather were from Germany. My dad was born in 1933. The Germans had laws against raping Jewish females. It had happened though, and the German perpetrators were imprisoned for doing so. It was a big no no. I know it sounds strange that the German could kill the Jews, but could never engage sexually with them
