Some things to clear up. It was determined that Kyle was not in possession of a weapon as he physically crossed state lines. He was given the gun while in Kenosha. The defense has already made every witness/victim/looter basically admit that they all attacked Kyle first while providing video evidence. The only real charge that could stick would be open carrying while underage if those laws apply to that state.

While in Louisiana you can open carry at 16 years old, you cant purchase a weapon until 18.
