Had an issue with a bully and my daughter in grade 6. My daughter is a very decent young woman now and was a little timid back then and was singled out at that time.
The school was dragging thier feet to deal with the situation so I tool the lead..
Was able to find out where the little twat lived and paid a visit to the house to speak with the father. Being 6-6 270Lbs suffice to say after explaining to the 5-6 140Lbs the situation with his daughter's attitude in school and the ramifications of my daughter coming home again teary-eyed and depressed and how I would be forced to transfer that negativity to his body it seems that his less twaty daughter not only gives my daughter a wide birth when crossing paths but is also keeping her nose clean towards all..
Guess sometimes, a small threat of great bodily harm goes a long way..

Good luck to that girls father in dealing with those teats...

Girls are SOOOOO cruel to others these days in their school year age. It's horrid. My daughter was 11 getting bullied by a gang at school and the teachers did NOTHING. So I decided to get her to do some self defence, videos, online and classes also I've done training for my S.I.A badge.
She has NO problems now. She was 16 yesterday and is quite Hard now.
But the bullying messed her up.fpr.quite a while.

That's exactly what a friend of mine did. His son was constantly being bullied by an older and bigger boy until my friend who was fed up with it went round and told the boys dad "If he comes home once more and tells me your son bullied him I will come straight round here and kick you fucking unconcious". My friend is not a big guy but he is solid and is no mug when it kicks off. His son did not get bothered again.
