the movie portrait a different richard than from what ive read on crimelibrary so im guessing the movie is slightly off, not having really any thoughts honestly, cold blooded killler that would do anything for a bit of cash...he got far..but it didnt end too well, hes next to his brother in cells i believe...and his brother stated one day youll be here with me...well true that..

not really he died a natural death

Kuklinski died at age 70 at 1:20 a.m. on March 5, 2006 in a secure wing at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey.[4] The timing of his death was labeled suspicious; Kuklinski was scheduled to testify against Gravano for the murder of Calabro. At the time Kuklinski was scheduled to testify, Gravano was already incarcerated for an unrelated charge, serving a 19-year prison sentence for running an ecstasy ring in Arizona. Kuklinski also stated to family members that he thought "they" were poisoning him. A few days after Kuklinski's death, prosecutors dropped all charges against Gravano, saying that without Kuklinski's testimony there was insufficient evidence to continue. At the request of Kuklinski's family, forensic pathologist

Michael Baden examined the results of Kuklinski's autopsy to determine if there was evidence of poisoning. Baden concluded he died of natural causes.

I agree. There's a careful distinction. Serial killers kill for pleasure, hitmen generally kill for money alone. However; it should be noted that hitmen often kill for pleasure as well, hence their profession.

Unfortunately, he admitted in his interviews that he felt nothing either way, it was just a way of making good money (upper five figures per hit!). So the title of serial killer is not applied here.

Richard Kuklinski was a giant among men, in many regards. And from watching his interviews i found him surprisingly funny for a psychopath.

It would make my year if somehow i could get a hold of the complete 18 hours of uncut material that later was cut into one of the interviews. Truly interesting stuff.
