This has nothing to do with nazis - it is from a prewar book with a lot of forensic / crime images. I think the book in fact was German, but as far as I remember the images flooded the gore environment from the rusnecro site, which is long gone. I got the images at least fifteen years ago. During its lifetime the site posted thousands of images. A few gems, but most well known and even quite a few fakes.

The actual poor girl here committed suicide.

Seen it posted a lot, too; mostly claiming it an execution... but: neither Germans nor Russians bothered to document pre-autopsy-like images of executed "traitors".
