Colombia, A motorcyclist hit a minor of only nine years old after the girl ran out of her house and when she crossed the street she was hit by the motorcycle.

Despite the fact that at first it was said that the man tried to flee, as the minor's family pointed out to news outlets, it was confirmed that the Police have already identified him and must answer for what happened.

Transit police imposed three subpoenas on him for not having a license, not wearing a helmet and performing dangerous maneuvers. The driver involved is fully identified and is linked to a criminal proceeding for the crime of personal injury in a traffic accident.

The minor was transferred to the Hospital, where she remains under reserved prognosis. Her family awaits her recovery, but they state that her condition is serious.
