March 14, 2022:

During the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, a Tochka-U missile attack hit the center of Donetsk, Ukraine, at the time under Russian occupation and administration of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). The Russian Investigative Committee reported that the attack killed 23 civilians, including children, and injured at least 18 people. The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights reported that the attack killed 15 civilians and injured 36 people.

Ukraine claimed that the rocket had been fired by the Russians, while Russia and the DPR claimed that the attack was carried out by Ukrainian forces. As of 14 March, neither the Russian nor the Ukrainian claims could be independently verified.

This is the tail of a russian made tochka missile, both ukraine and russia posess these. My personal guess without a long explanation is its a stray russian missile. Middle of a street is not a likely target for such a large truck mounted SRBM

I suspected in the early days before February 24th Russian was cooking up attacks to then blame it on Ukraine.

I'd feel pretty embarrassed if I realized I was that propagandized. It's certainly a clever analogy... if it were true! Do you know how the war played out from the beginning? feel free to start at around 2014 if you like. Make sure to include all the increases in NATO occupied territories and the dishonoring of the Minsk agreements, the overthrow of Government as a result of a Coup and over eight straight years of Ukraine bombing the shit out of it's own people in the Donbas region ... but naah ... it's easier to just accept western propaganda and go along with the idea Putin woke up one morning and decided to invade (what did Kamala harris call it? .. ) oh yeah ... a smaller weaker country for no reason
