I'll check if I have also some pics for this thread.
Thanks for the work there :).

I do have the info for each photo but didn't plan on adding any of it mainly because I wanted the thread to be simply about the imagery of the death and carnage but also because I've posted most of these in various WW2 threads with their details already.

The thread is going to be large enough once I get images that I have all uploaded to this thread without doubling up to add the info with the same images.

As I mentioned in the first post, it'd be great if folks can hold off on posting what they might have so that I don't have to start going back and checking to see if I'm posting something that someone else posted.

I still have quite a few images to post and once I finish all that I have I'll put up a DONE post, lol, so that folks know that I've finished posting what I have. All of my images are posted in numerical sequence and it's hard to breaking the sets up.

All's good - comments are still welcome - once I'm done with the images I've put together the thread will be wide open for all to add images that I haven't already posted.

Cheers and thanks again ~ DH

When I do mega threads I like to keep the number of images per set to 5 so that it's easier for others to make their comments more specific and easier for me to find and reply to. Although I know it probably drives some folks crazy :).

Well I'm still hacking away at getting these images together. If they were all on some other site I'd just post in the link. But they're all over the net: a few here, a few there, a bunch here, a bunch there.

When I start a search for these I look for large images (not little 640x480's), preferably no watermarks, and correct info (some will say a pic is of dead Russian soldiers, some that they are Finnish, etc.) so there's alot of cross-referencing to make sure I have the right info.

Anyways, on with the next set.
